Importance of customer reviews for cruise experiences

The data shows that customer reviews have a very compelling affect on sales. Sites like Cruisecritic are becoming an integral part of the decisionmaking process.  Our internal customer satisfaction surveys indicate that our customers are really happy with the products we offer. That’s a very good starting point! Now we just have to tell the world.

We routinly monitor blogs and twitter for information about what people think about our products. This has been an interesting experience.  Recently we launched a customer review blog that is dedicated to publishing stories about our customer’s experience on board Hurtigruten. We started by writing about our own experiences with our own product. Recently we published a real Hurtgruten customer story. Hopefully more stories will follow.
